I
really enjoyed swimming last Friday. It was great fun
to go as part of a group, which I don't normally do. I
felt a real sense of connectedness with others, something
I don't usually feel, as I am normally quite lonely and
never really felt part of anything. Taking part in group
activities like this made me feel how I have always wanted
to feel. That I have friends who treat me as an equal-
who respect me- I am looking forward to going swimming
in 2 weeks time again with Denise and the Lifeline Centre.
