Community and Business Relationship Lead

Hours: 30 per week

Location: Bath (office and home working) 

Salary: £31,000 – 37,000 – FTE, depending on experience

We are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly, people-person who can maintain and cultivate relationships with our community and corporate partners. The successful candidate will need fundraising experience with community, corporates and challenge events. They will have a passion for supporting homeless and vulnerable people in our community, be great at working with others and have a personable, hard-working manner.

Client advocate

Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Full Time), can be two part-time positions for the right candidates

Location: The Gateway Centre, Bath

Salary: £ 31,136 (FTE)

The Client Advocate plays a key role in delivering Genesis Trust’s Life Projects, providing practical, emotional and relational support to people experiencing homelessness, poverty, addiction, social isolation and other life challenges. Working from a trauma-informed and person-centred approach, they will assist in facilitating a safe and welcoming space where individuals can build trust, access support and take positive steps towards greater independence and wellbeing.

The role combines frontline support, advocacy, community engagement, volunteer supervision and partnership working. The successful candidate will demonstrate compassion, adaptability and professionalism, walking alongside individuals as they rebuild confidence, relationships and purpose while actively supporting the Christian values and ethos of Genesis Trust.

Operations Director

Hours: 26.5 (3.5 days) per week

Location: Bath (office/hybrid)

Salary: £43,590 (FTE)
